All orders are shipped via USPS Ground or USPS Priority Air. Flat Rate 2-Day shipping to the United States is $10. We also offer FREE standard shipping to all US customers. Express shipping is $25 for all parcels, delivery 1-2 days. International shipping is 1-2 weeks.
Please allow 1 business day or less for standard order processing and verification, and an additional 2-3 business* days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier Shippo®.

Why can I only buy one style per product?
Due to the limited quantities of our products, at this time we can only sell one style per product. In some cases, you may purchase one of each available styles.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 1 business day for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-3 business* days for delivery.
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
All sales are final unless the wrong size was shipped by our staff.

I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?
Yes, most* countries worldwide are allowed to purchase HadesNYC.
Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud, university addresses are the only exception.
Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?
We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Please add your e-mail to the mailing list to receive product release updates.
I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.
Can you send me a sticker?
Each web store purchase comes with a logo stickers. If you have not placed an order but would like some stickers, please paypal $5 to hadesnycllc@gmail.com
What time do you update your online shop?
Generally, we update our online shop Sundays at 12PM Eastern Time NYC 9AM Pacific PST.
When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have pre-set release dates. Please sign up for the HadesNYC newsletter. From there you will be able to subscribe to receive email alerts each time we release a product.
Do you re-stock your inventory?
Only on occasion do we re-stock inventory. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
I’ve added an item to my cart, but how is it already sold out?
Technical difficulties may occur during prime hours of release. Contact our support for such issues.
Products on our site are sold on a first come, first served basis.While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer gift cards through the web shop however you can purchase a gift certificate at the HadesNYC Pick-Up location at 5 E 33rd St, NY, NY 10016
